Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parents are encouraged to utilize the communication tools of FamilyLink and Moodle to stay current with student course expectations and progress. In addition to Family Link and Moodle, families are offered a personalized model of additional communication at Parent-Teacher Conferences. This is an opportunity to meet with teachers to discuss academic, behavioral, and emotional progress of their student(s). Bellarmine has two fall opportunities:
- Wednesday, November 13th, 6:30pm – 8:30pm
- Thursday, November 14th, 1:00pm – 3:00pm
And one spring opportunity:
- Tuesday, March 24th, 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Both the evening and afternoon conferences are designed in arena format. We ask that teachers and parents limit this time to five minutes for a brief conversation and academic update. If you need a longer conversation, please email or call the teacher to schedule that conference.
Both the evening and afternoon conferences are in the Names Gym and Connelly Campus Center. Please use the student parking lot and enter on the lower floors as those are the areas where the conferences will be held. Parents will receive a mid-semester report card (early November). Please bring your report card to locate the teachers you wish to see.
Faculty will be located by department: English, PE/Health, Religion, Social Studies, and World Language in the Names Gym; Art, members of the Learning Resource Center, Math, Music, and Science in the Connelly Campus Center. Any faculty member unable to attend either day will have a sign up for a return phone conference or email correspondence within the next two school days.
