Football Concession Stands
Great way to meet new parents and stay warm during the football games. Working as a team to sell concessions during the football season in the fall. Questions? Contact:

Open House / Parent Information Night
Assist the Admissions Office with the Prospective Family Open House and Incoming Freshman Parent Information Night. Questions? Open House takes place in October and Freshman Parent Information Night takes place in February. Contact:
Wreath Sale
Need help to coordinate sales and day of hand out. Wreath sales begin in October, with pick-up in early December. Questions? Contact:
Teacher and Staff Appreciation Luncheon
Plan a themed luncheon in May to celebrate our beloved Bellarmine Staff and Faculty. Help is needed for all spots, coordination of menus, decorations and much more. Questions? Contact:
Jesuit Dinner
This is a yearly tradition, assist with the decorating of the Jesuits residence for the Christmas season. Questions? Contact:
Bellarmine Gala
The Bellarmine Gala needs support with decorations, procurement of auction items, merchandising, set-up, night of assistants which include the bank, registration, and spotters, clean-up and more. Sip and Paint with PRIDE
Sip & Pant is a women only event, where guests come and paint a pre-determined picture while enjoying great food and drink. Volunteers are needed to help put on this event which takes place every November. Questions? Contact: Shannon Miller,
Alumni Weekend
Alumni Weekend takes place the third weekend in July. Volunteers are needed throughout the weekend helping with things such as set-up and tear down of the Bite-Brew, and supporting the Bite & Brew vendors. Questions? Contact (253) 761-3520.
Bellarmine's Adopt-a-Family program provides Christmas day meals, a "stocked cupboard," Christmas gifts and clothing for families in need. Volunteers are needed in December assisting with the preparations and delivering of gifts. Questions? Contact: Julie Hiles,

Organization of parents, alumni and friends of Bellarmine interested in supporting the school's athletic program. Questions? Contact the main office.
Weekend Retreats
Campus Ministry programs help students deepen their faith in God. The retreat program provides students with opportunities to participate in reflective experiences in communal settings to gain deeper insights into self-knowledge, sensitivity to others, and a faith in God. Wiegand Nursery and Greenhouse
